It's a nice scarf, large enough to drape in several ways around your head or shoulders. The fabric is very light and soft, but clearly not silk, it feels man-made. The pattern is nice but it doesn't really match the photo, it's more muted and subdued. For the cost, I'm not sure its value is equal, despite the donation to natural causes.
Hi Emily - thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear you're not 100% happy with your scarf. You're right that the scarves aren't silk, they're made entirely from post-consumer recycled plastic bottles. They are soft and flowy, and become even softer if you put them in the dryer with a softener sheet. Please let us know if there's anything we can do to help make your experience better. All the best, Clare
I bought this scarf as a gift and had it sent directly to my friend in Toronto. She called to say how much she loved it, that it was beautiful and what a good idea to donate some of the proceeds to a charity.
