How long will it take to receive my order?

Estimated shipping times range from 5 days to 3 weeks depending on demand and destination. Postage carriers are not guaranteeing delivery dates as things are different due to covid. If you have any questions about where your order is please contact us with your order number at clare@infocuscanada.com. If you would like to be able to track your order, please make sure to select Expedited shipping at check out. 

Is my InFocus Canada scarf machine washable? 
Yes! Scarves can be laundered in cold water on a gentle cycle. To maximize softness, please use a dryer sheet in the dryer on low for 5 minutes. 
Why didn't my order come in one package?
We often process order items separately to increase fulfillment speed. This means you could receive one part of an order before another. Do not worry. If after some time you still have not received your complete order, please reach out to clare@infocuscanada.com

Taxes and Shipping?
Within Canada, provincial taxes are added to your order at checkout. For US and International orders, no tax will be charged.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. 

There are two options for shipping. You can select Expedited with Canada Post, which comes with a tracking number and usually arrives in 2-8 business days for packages sent within Canada. The option for US addresses is  Expedited Parcel USA, and for international addresses  Small Packet International Air. The second option is a flat rate option for shipping, which is $5 within Canada and $10 to the U.S and internationally. Packages with this option are sent by Canada Post in regular mail. There is no tracking for this option so we are unable to guarantee these packages.  

Please note if you are choosing to ship to an international destination, duties and taxes may apply upon delivery. Recipients are responsible for paying any import duties, customs or fees, as they are not included in the price at checkout. We have no control over when, or for how much, these fees are charged (it varies by country, city, and package), and we are not able to take care of them on your behalf.

Where are the scarves made?
We have a dedicated production partner called Ethical Profiling that is located in Vancouver, BC. Sustainable manufacturing is their mandate. Through them our scarves are responsibly produced in China in a facility that is third-party audited for their environmental practices and corporate social responsibility. They are  a BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative) facility and use GRS (Global Recycled Standard) certified recycled material. 
Can I cancel an order?
If you decide to cancel an order, you can do it anytime BEFORE it ships and before a tracking number is already in the system.

InFocus Canada is located in beautiful Squamish, British Columbia, Canada (just north of Vancouver, BC).
