How long will it take to receive my order?
Estimated shipping times range from 5 days to 3 weeks depending on demand and destination. Postage carriers are not guaranteeing delivery dates in the same way since covid. If you have any questions about where your order is please contact us with your order number at clare@infocuscanada.com. If you would like to be able to track your order, please make sure to select Expedited shipping at check out.
Is my InFocus Canada scarf machine washable?
Yes! Scarves can be laundered in cold water on a gentle cycle. To maximize softness, please use an environmentally friendly dryer sheet in the dryer on low for 5 minutes.
Why didn't my order come in one package?
We often process order items separately to increase fulfillment speed. This means you could receive one part of an order before another. Do not worry. If after some time you still have not received your complete order, please reach out to clare@infocuscanada.com
Taxes and Shipping?
Within Canada, federal and provincial taxes are added to your order at checkout. For US and International orders, no tax will be charged.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world.
There are two options for shipping. For orders within Canada, you can select Expedited or Xpresspost with Canada Post, both of which come with a tracking number and usually arrive in 2-8 business days. The second choice is a flat rate option for shipping, which is $5 within Canada. Packages with this option are sent by Canada Post in regular mail. There is no tracking for this option so we are unable to guarantee these packages.
The option for US addresses is Canada Post Tracked Packet USA, and for international addresses either a flat rate (no tracking) of $18CAD or Canada Post Tracked Packet - International (with tracking).
Please note if you are choosing to ship to an international destination, duties and taxes may apply upon delivery. Recipients are responsible for paying any import duties, customs or fees, as they are not included in the price at checkout. We have no control over when, or for how much, these fees are charged (it varies by country, city, and package), and we are not able to take care of them on your behalf.

Where are the scarves made?
All of our scarves are responsibly manufactured in Vancouver, BC, Canada.
Can I cancel an order?
If you decide to cancel an order, you can do it anytime BEFORE it ships and before a tracking number is already in the system.
Where is InFocus Canada located?
InFocus Canada is located in beautiful Squamish, British Columbia, Canada (just north of Vancouver, BC).
